The project is a complete renovation of a dilapidated four unit tenement. Additions were made to the rear and a new floor added.

Sustainable Design Strategies Include: “Whole house” ventilation system / Tankless hot water heaters / Low VOC paint and varnish for walls, ceilings, floors / Water saving fixtures / PTAC-HVAC equipment for each room / Formaldehyde free cabinet core panels and veneer adhesive / High R-value cotton fibre insulation / Lyptus wood floors and wall panels.
