PTAC heating/AC units for each room provide climate control for each room, saving energy and eliminating ductwork. Lyptus wood flooring and veneer panels are from FSC sustainably grown eucalyptus hybrids which renew deforested areas of Brazil. Clear wood finishes are low-VOC waterbourne coatings.
